I signed a petition, so why isn't my name showing in the live activity feed?

Sometimes your name doesn’t show up in the list of recent signers. This can be due to your internet connection, but it does not affect the validity of your signature. You know that your signature has gone through when you receive a confirmation e-mail from Avaaz after signing.
